This isn't just another "stress management" class. This is about returning to your body's intuitive wisdom and natural cycle of stress and healing.

In this 4-week online experience, you'll learn:

  • How to recognize and move through your body's natural stress cycle
  • Practical techniques to release stress stored in your muscles and nervous system
  • The science behind stress adaptation and how to harness it for greater resilience
  • Compassionate approaches to the parts of you that feel scared, overwhelmed, or avoidant
  • How to expand your capacity to be with whatever life throws at you

How It Works

We'll meet online for 90 minutes each week for four consecutive weeks. Each session combines:

  • Movement practices that release stored tension
  • Meditation techniques that calm the nervous system
  • Experiential exercises that build genuine body awareness
  • Community connection that supports integration

Between sessions, you'll receive an email recapping each class with specific short practices to help you incorporate these tools into your everyday life.
